From May through October, Little River Meadow transforms into a versatile outdoor venue anchored by a 60’ x 70’ tent with hardwood flooring, accommodating up to 200 guests. Set across a one-acre open field, the space offers flexibility for meetings, receptions, and group programming, with room to design a seamless flow between sessions, dining, and social time. Surrounded by greenery and open skies, it delivers a relaxed Vermont setting that balances productivity with fresh-air connection.

At over 4,100 square feet, Birchwood Hall, fully renovated in December 2025, is our largest and most versatile venue, ideally suited for elegant receptions, meetings and events of all sizes, and celebratory banquets. Great spot, minutes to everything in Stowe. 10/10 Newly renovated rooms were cozy and well furnished. We were able to check in early. Staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. We enjoyed walking the rec path which you can access directly behind the property. Hot tub was lovely. Morning coffee/tea was appreciated! Make sure to visit Alfie’s next door. Also, pet-friendly!

This was a great little place for a quick getaway. We stayed in one of the King rooms in the pavilion. The room was warm, clean, and there was ample storage space in the cubbies and hangers by the door. The bed was comfortable.

What if we plan an outdoor event and it rains?

At Outbound Stowe, we always hold an appropriately sized backup space inside our property in case of inclement weather. The client will see the potential backup space, prior to the event confirmation, during the property tour. A weather call must be made the evening prior to ensure enough setup time for vendors and property staff.

Do you offer onsite food and beverage?

Yes, we offer banquet catering and beverage, along with our onsite restaurant, Eastside Bar + Bites.
