How do I get a lift ticket?

When is check-in and check-out?

Guest check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. If you will be arriving early, you are certainly welcome to start enjoying our amenities while we hold your bags and get your room ready for you.

Do you have on-site options for dining?

Yes, Outbound Mammoth features a few different options for your stay:

  • Bar Sierra, our Mammoth Lakes restaurant and bar. Serving lunch and dinner, craft cocktails and local brews. Check the website for times and menus.
  • An exceptional Lobby Wine Bar with a fresh selection of hard to find domestic and international wines curated by our on-site Advanced Sommelier Chip Ermish, whose accolades include the prestigious Wine Spectator Restaurant Award. A guest and local favorite alike, make sure to book a group or private wine tasting during your stay.
  • Cafe Crêpe Food Truck, an on-site food truck dishing out authentic sweet & savory crêpes, and a long list of handcrafted specialty drinks, juices, and espresso drinks.

Do you have roll-away beds or cribs?

We do not offer roll-away beds or cribs. Occupancy for a room with a king bed is two people max, with two beds, is four people max, with the exception of Villas which sleep six.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time on your scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty of 1-night room and tax.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, Fido is invited to enjoy our pet-friendly resort in Mammoth Lakes. We allow up to two dogs at a $50 per night pet fee. No more than two dogs per room, please. If you do not register them at the front desk, there is an additional fee.

Is there a resort fee?

Yes, there is a $25 + tax ($29.05) nightly resort fee per room. This fee includes the following:

  • Complimentary Guest Parking
  • Resort-wide high-speed Wi-Fi
  • In-room kettle with coffee and tea set up
  • 24-hour coffee, tea & hot chocolate service in the Lobby
  • Outdoor swimming pool & hot tub access
