Before you head out on your journey, here’s everything you need to know about our most frequently asked questions.

What is your hotel cancellation policy?

Please reference the rate that you booked for the cancellation policies associated with it.

Can I make a reservation over the phone?

Yes! We’d be happy to help you make a reservation. Click on the Book Now button and select a property to call the hotel directly.

Do I need a credit card at check-in?

Yes, all guests need a valid credit card that matches their Identification.

What payments do you accept?

We accept American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa. All hotels also accept cash as payment at check-out, but a valid credit card must still be presented upon arrival.

Do you allow pets?

There’s no need to leave your furry friend at home, all our properties are dog friendly!

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, all hotels have accessible rooms.

Is there a charge for Wi-Fi?

We want you to be able to disconnect yet still feel connected, so Wi-Fi is complimentary at all hotels.

When is check-in and check-out?

Guest check-in begins at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. If you will be arriving early, you are certainly welcome to start enjoying our amenities while we hold your bags and get your room ready for you.

Do you have on-site options for dining?

Yes, Outbound Mammoth features our all-new Mammoth restaurant and bar: Bar Sierra, an on-site crêpe truck, and an exceptional wine bar in the resort’s lobby. View our Bevs + Bites page for opening hours and more details.

Do you have roll-away beds or cribs?

We do not offer roll-away beds or cribs. Occupancy for a room with a king bed is two people max, with two beds, is four people max, with the exception of Villas which sleep six.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time on your scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty of 1-night room and tax.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, Fido is invited to enjoy our pet-friendly resort in Mammoth Lakes. We allow up to two dogs at a $50 per night pet fee. No more than two dogs per room, please. If you do not register them at the front desk, there is an additional fee.

Is there a resort fee?

Yes, there is a $25 nightly resort fee + tax per room. This fee includes a discount at Black Tie ski rentals, guest parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, one welcome beer from a local Mammoth brewery, and use of filtered water stations.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary based on the rate type that was booked.  Please check your confirmation email for details. If booked without rate restrictions, cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in time on your scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty of 1-night room and tax.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Fido is invited to enjoy our pet-friendly resort in Stowe. We allow up to two dogs at a $50 per night pet fee. No more than two dogs per room and a weight limit of 100 lbs each.  Please note if you do not register them at the front desk, there is an additional fee.

Is there a resort fee?

Yes, there is a $30 nightly resort fee + tax per room. This fee includes guest parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, weekly events & programming, daily coffee & tea in the lobby, use of filtered water stations, and access to exclusive discounts from our curated list of adventure partners and local businesses.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Cancellations made until 7 days prior to arrival are fully refundable.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, up to 2 well-mannered pups are invited to enjoy a stay at our lodge for $50 per night pet fee. The fee includes our Pups Provisions – local treats, and toy – plus, a Pendleton dog bed for use during your stay (pending availability).
