Set up is allowed up to 2 hours prior to your event start at no additional charge. Additional hours can be added for an extra fee.

Can I bring in outside food or alcohol?

At The Virginian Lodge, you don’t need to! Our dedicated Food & Beverage team are able to accommodate your needs with tasty options and affordable pricing.

Do I need a Wedding Planner?

Wedding Planners (Day-of or Full Services) are required for all Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions to ensure your vendors & our team are able to execute your Big Day seamlessly.
